2 tbsp butter

500 g packet
frozen savory vegetable rice

250 ml chicken
stock
-
1 large onion,
chopped (optional)

340 ml can piqant
flavored cook-in-sauce

250 g cooked ham,
chicken or
sausage
Serves 4
Method:

Heat butter and sauté onion, if used. Add rice, sauce
and stock.

Cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Add meat and heat through.
Quick change:
Use one packet Italian rice mix, follow instructions
and stir in meat at last minute.
