Cut the chickens into
4 pieces each and-allow to marinate in the soy
sauce for about half an hour.

Set the oven to 175
degrees C.

Remove chicken from marinade and place in
a greased roasting tin.

Pour the soy sauce and
orange juice over.

Sprinkle with the chopped onions
and bake in the oven for approx. 1 hour.

Baste the
chicken from time to time with the sauce.

Ten
minutes before the end of cooking time add the
olives and pickled onions.

Remove dish from oven and
sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve with noodles or
fluffy rice.
