Christmas Recipes - Sultana Buttercake Recipe
Ingredients
Blend in a bowl:
2 eggs
83 gm Water
100 gm Soft Butter
350 gm White Wings Sultana Buttercake Mix
Serves 6-8
Method:
Preheat oven 180C. (350F). Gas or Electric.
Grease and flour cake pan.
Beat with a wooden spoon, approximately 50-75 strokes until mixture is well blended.
Pour mixture into a 22cm x 11 cm loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cake is baked if it springs back when lightly touched in the centre.
