Ingredients

4 large or 8 small
pork chops
-
2 tbsp salad oil
-
500 g mixed frozen ratatouille
-
350 ml can sweet
and sour
Serves 4
Method:
-
Fry or grill chops until golden on both sides and cooked
through.
-
Cook ratatouille in oil in a flameproof
serving dish.
-
Arrange pork chops on top and pour over
sauce.
-
Cover and simmer gently until heated through,
about 10 minutes.
