Christmas Recipes - Sweet and Sour Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large or 8 small pork chops

  • 2 tbsp salad oil

  • 500 g mixed frozen ratatouille

  • 350 ml can sweet and sour

Serves 4


Method:

  1. Fry or grill chops until golden on both sides and cooked through.

  2. Cook ratatouille in oil in a flameproof serving dish.

  3. Arrange pork chops on top and pour over sauce.

  4. Cover and simmer gently until heated through, about 10 minutes.
