Christmas Recipes - Sweet and Sour Chops Recipe
Ingredients
4 large or 8 small pork chops
2 tbsp salad oil
500 g mixed frozen ratatouille
350 ml can sweet and sour
Serves 4
Method:
Fry or grill chops until golden on both sides and cooked through.
Cook ratatouille in oil in a flameproof serving dish.
Arrange pork chops on top and pour over sauce.
Cover and simmer gently until heated through, about 10 minutes.
