2 small bananas

fl oz coconut
milk

ml/3 1/2 fl oz water

3 tablespoons
palm sugar or light
muscovado sugar
Method:

Peel the bananas and halve lengthways. Cut
each half into
4
pieces.

Put the coconut milk, water and sugar
into a saucepan and simmer, stirring
occasionally, for about 6 minutes.

Add the
bananas and cook for 4 minutes until heated
through. Serve hot.
