1 pineapple
-
1 ripe mango
-
125 g/4 oz
strawberries
-
50 g/2 oz
raspberries
Sauce:
-
175 g/6 oz
plain dark chocolate, chopped
-
175 g/6 oz
milk chocolate, chopped

150 ml/1/4
pint double cream
-
2 tablespoons
dark rum
Method:
-
First
make the
sauce. Put the dark and milk chocolate into a
heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently
simmering water.

Heat until
melted, stirring occasionally. Stir the cream
into the chocolate mixture, then add the rum.

Meanwhile,
prepare the fruits. Peel, core and chop the
pineapple. Skin, stone and chop the mango. Hull
and quarter the strawberries.

Thread the
fruits on to wooden skewers and serve with the
chocolate sauce.
