Griddled Figs with
Greek Yoghurt and Honey Recipe

Method:

Heat a griddle pan or hot grill and add the figs.
Cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they
are charred on the outside.

Remove and cut in half.
Arrange the figs on 4 plates and serve with a
spoonful of Greek yogurt and some honey spooned over
the top.
Note:
Warm figs with
Greek yogurt and honey drizzled over them make a delicious
and quick dessert. Buy figs when they are in season,
when they are full of taste and juice.
