Panettone with
Peaches and Clotted Cream Recipe

4 peaches, halved
and stoned
-
4 slices of panettone ground cinnamon,
for dusting

4 tablespoons clotted cream
-
icing sugar,
for dusting
Method:

Heat
a griddle pan or nonstick frying pan and cook the
peaches on each side until slightly charred, about 5
minutes.

Toast the panettone slices for 1-2 minutes on each
side until golden. Place the peaches on the
panettone and dust with cinnamon.

Spoon on the
clotted cream, dust with icing sugar and serve
immediately.
Note:
Griddled panettone is delicious and makes an
interesting base for a dessert. Other fruits, such
as apples, apricots and pears, can be griddled and
used instead of the peaches.
