Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 1/2 measures tequila

  • 1 1/2 measures Kahlua or Tia Maria

  • ice

  • strip of lemon rind, to decorate

Method:

  1. Put the tequila and Kahlua or lia Maria into a mixing glass with ice and stir to mix.

  2. Strain into a glass, add fresh ice and decorate with a twist of lemon rind.
