Strawberry Cup Recipe

175 ml/6 fl
oz Fraises des Bois or other strawberry liqueur, chilled

1 bottle dry champagne or sparkling dry white wine, chilled

125 g/4
oz strawberries, sliced
Method:

Pour the Fraises des Bois into a large jug.
Gradually add the champagne or sparkling wine,
stirring very gently so as not to lose the
bubbles.

Divide the strawberry slices among individual
glasses and top up with strawberry-flavored
champagne. Serve immediately.
