600 ml/1 pint strong prepared Indian tea

175 g/6
oz caster sugar
-
4 tablespoons lemon juice
-
300 ml/1/2 pint orange juice

ice cubes
-
75 g/3
oz strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 a lemon, sliced
-
1/2 an orange, sliced
-
mint sprigs, to decorate
Method:

Stir the tea and sugar together in a jug
until the sugar has dissolved. Add the lemon
and orange juices. Cover and chill for 1
hour.

Pour into a punch bowl and add the ice
cubes and sliced fruit. Decorate with mint
sprigs and serve.
