Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Fruity Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 600 ml/1 pint strong prepared Indian tea

  • 175 g/6 oz caster sugar

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 300 ml/1/2 pint orange juice

  • ice cubes

  • 75 g/3 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1/2 a lemon, sliced

  • 1/2 an orange, sliced

  • mint sprigs, to decorate


Method:

  1. Stir the tea and sugar together in a jug until the sugar has dissolved. Add the lemon and orange juices. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

  2. Pour into a punch bowl and add the ice cubes and sliced fruit. Decorate with mint sprigs and serve.
