Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Kir Punch Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 18-20

  • 250 g/8 oz ripe strawberries

  • 1-2 measures Creme de Cassis

  • 3 bottles dry white wine, chilled

  • soda water, chilled, to taste


Method:

  1. Place the strawberries in a bowl, add the Crème de Cassis and chill for 1-2 hours.

  2. Add the wine and stir. If liked, add with soda water to taste.
