Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Mai Tai Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 measures dark rum

  • 1/2 measure Curafao

  • 1/2 measure apricot brandy

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon grenadine

  • crushed ice

To decorate:

  • 1 fresh pineapple wedge

  • 1 cocktail cherry


Method:

  1. Put the rum, Curarcao, brandy, lime juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake to mix.

  2. Strain into a glass over fresh crushed ice and decorate with the pineapple and cherry.
