Method:

Rub the rim of a glass with the cut side of
the lemon half to moisten it, then dip in
sugar to coat the rim evenly.
-
Thinly pare
the rind from the lemon half in a spiral and
place in the glass.
-
Put the brandy, Curarcao,
maraschino, lemon juice and bitters into
a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to mix.
Strain into the glass.
