Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Margarita Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur or grenadine

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1-2 dashes of bitters

  • ice cubes


Method:

  1. Rub the rim of a glass with the cut side of the lemon half to moisten it, then dip in sugar to coat the rim evenly.

  2. Thinly pare the rind from the lemon half in a spiral and place in the glass.

  3. Put the brandy, Curarcao, maraschino, lemon juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to mix. Strain into the glass.
