Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Marinated Olives Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 250 g/8 oz large green olives

  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced

  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Method:

  1. Place the olives in a bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and stir well.

  2. If you are not serving the olives immediately, they may be kept, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
