Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Peach Cup Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 8-10

  • 2 ripe peaches, skinned, halved and stoned

  • 2 bottles still Moselle, chilled

  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar

  • 1 bottle sparkling Moselle, chilled


Method:

  1. Chop the peaches into a large bowl. Pour one bottle of still Moselle over the fruit.

  2. Add the sugar, stir gently, cover and chill for 30 minutes. Add the second bottle of still Moselle.

  3. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling Moselle.
