Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Pina Colada Recipe
Ingredients
Serves 10
2 measures light rum
2 measures cream of coconut
3-4 measures pineapple juice
6-8 ice cubes, crushed
fresh fruit, to decorate
Method:
Combine the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and crushed ice in a blender.
Blend at high speed for about 10 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and decorate with slices of fresh fruit.
