Potatoes Wrapped
in Parma Ham Recipe

12 small new potatoes, boiled
12 very thin
slices of Parma ham
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt
Method:
Roll each potato in a slice of Parma ham,
patting with your hands to mould the ham to
the shape of the potato.
Lightly oil a
roasting tin, add the potatoes and cook in a
preheated oven,
200°C
(400°F), Gas Mark 6, for 20 minutes.
Keep an
eye on the potatoes while they are cooking
as they may need turning, or moving around;
often the ones on the
edge
get more color than the ones in the middle.
