Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Salted Almonds Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

  • 250 g/8 oz blanched almonds

  • sea salt


Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a small, heavy-based frying pan, add the nuts in several batches and stir-fry over a medium heat until evenly browned.

  2. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the nuts to a bowl. Add plenty of sea salt and stir to coat the nuts.

  3. These nuts can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
