Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Silver Fizz Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 measures gin

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon icing sugar

  • 1 egg white

  • ice cubes

  • soda water, to taste

  • orange or lemon slices, to decorate

Method:

  1. Put the gin, lemon juice, sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a glass.

  2. Add fresh ice cubes, top up with soda water and stir. Decorate with orange or lemon slices.
