500 ml/17 fl
oz lemon sorbet
-
1/2
bottle
sweet
or medium
sweet white
wine, chilled

1
bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

lemon
slices, to decorate
Method:

Stir
together the lemon juice and sugar until the
sugar has dissolved.

Add the brandy, rum,
claret, vermouth and tea and stir to mix.

Pour over a large block of ice in a punch
bowl and add the sparkling wine and soda
water. Decorate with fruit and serve.
