Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Sparkling Sorbet Punch Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 500 ml/17 fl oz lemon sorbet

  • 1/2 bottle sweet or medium sweet white wine, chilled

  • 1 bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

  • lemon slices, to decorate


Method:

  1. Stir together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

  2. Add the brandy, rum, claret, vermouth and tea and stir to mix.

  3. Pour over a large block of ice in a punch bowl and add the sparkling wine and soda water. Decorate with fruit and serve.
