oz unsalted butter

3 tablespoons clear
honey
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon
water

250 g/8
oz cashew nuts
Method:
-
Melt the butter in a small, heavy-based
frying pan and then stir in the honey, salt,
cayenne and water. Bring to the boil.

Add the cashew nuts and stir over a medium
heat for 5 minutes until the nuts are
toasted and well coated with the glaze.

Tip
out on to a greased baking sheet and leave
to cool. These nuts are best eaten the same
day.
