Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Summer Fruit Cup Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 18-20

  • 4 measures Grand Mamier

  • 4 measures Kirsch or cherry brandy

  • 375 g/12 oz ripe summer fruits, such as peaches, apricots, nectarines and strawberries, prepared and sliced

  • orange and lime slices

  • 1 bottle medium dry white wine, chilled


Method:

  1. Combine the Grand Marnier, Kirsch or cherry brandy, summer fruits and orange and lime slices in a bowl.

  2. Stir, then cover and chill for about 1 hour. Add the wine and stir to mix.
