Drinks and Finger Food Recipes - Tzatsiki Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 500 g/1 lb Greek yogurt

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint, to garnish

  • pitta bread, to serve


Method:

  1. Beat the yogurt with a fork until smooth. Drain the cucumber and place in a bowl.

  2. Add the yogurt with the garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Chill for 2 hours, then turn into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the mint. Serve with pitta bread.
