Greek
yogurt

1 cucumber, peeled and grated

3 garlic
cloves, crushed

salt and pepper

1 tablespoon
chopped mint, to garnish

pitta bread, to
serve
Method:

Beat the yogurt with a fork until smooth.
Drain the cucumber and place in a bowl.

Add
the yogurt with the garlic, and season to
taste with salt and pepper.

Chill for 2
hours, then turn into a serving bowl and
sprinkle with the mint. Serve with pitta
bread.
