Method:
-
Place the peaches in a bowl and pour over boiling
water. Leave to stand for 1 minute, then lift out
with a slotted spoon, peel, stone and cut the flesh
into thick slices.

Peel the oranges with a sharp
knife, removing all the white pith, and segment
them, catching any juice in a bowl.

Peel and core
the apples and cut into thin slices. Using the point
of a knife, hull the strawberries and halve or
quarter the fruits if they are large.

Place all the
prepared fruit in a large serving bowl. Blend
together the lemon juice, orange flower water and
any reserved orange juice.

Pour the fruit juice
mixture over the salad and toss lightly. Serve
decorated with a few fresh mint leaves.
