Quiche Lorraine with Bacon
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk
-
4 eggs, slightly
beaten
-
1/2 tsp. salt
-
Dash of
cayenne
-
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss
cheese
-
2 Tbs. flour
-
1/2 lb. Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
-
1 9-inch unbaked
pastry shell
Makes 6 servings
Method:
-
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine milk, eggs and
seasonings; mix well.
-
Toss cheese with flour; add
cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into
pastry shell.

Bake at 350°F 40 to 45 minutes.
