Main Dish Recipes - Salisbury Steak

Ingredients 

• 1 egg

• 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

• 1/2 cup tomato juice

• 1 Tbs. French's Minced Onions

• 1 lb. ground beef

• 1 envelope French's Mushroom Gravy Mix

• 1 cup water

Makes 4 servings

Method:

1. Combine egg, bread crumbs, tomato juice and onions; add ground beef. Shape into oblong patties, brown in skillet.

2. Add gravy mix and water, stirring until smooth. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
