Ingredients

6 slices bacon
-
1 cup celery, sliced
-
1/2 cup chopped onion
-
1 8 1/2oz.
package herb-seasoned
stuffing mix
-
2 cups coarse
cornbread crumbs
-
1 10 1/2-oz. can
Campbell's Condensed
Chicken Broth
-
1 egg, slightly
beaten
-
10-pound turkey
-
1 10 3/4-oz. can
Campbell's Condensed Cream
of Mushroom Soup
-
1/2 cup whole berry
cranberry sauce
-
1/4 cup orange
juice
Makes 12 servings
Method:
-
In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and
crumble. Pour off all but 2 Tbs. drippings.

Cook
celery and onion in drippings until tender. Toss
lightly with stuffing mix, cornbread, broth, and
egg.
-
Fill cavity of turkey loosely with stuffing.
Truss; place in roasting pan. Cover with foil.

Roast
at 325°F for about 4 hours (25 minutes per pound or
until tender). Uncover last hour to brown. Remove
turkey to serving platter.

Skim fat from drippings;
add remaining ingredients. Heat; stir to loosen
browned bits.
