Swiss Hamlets
Ingredients

6 to 8 oz. package smoked cooked ham, chopped ham,
honey loaf or luxury loaf

4 slices Swiss
cheese, 4-inches square

1 10-oz. package
frozen broccoli spears, thawed Dill Mustard Sauce
Dill Mustard Sauce:
Makes 2 servings
Method:

Top two slices of meat with slice of cheese and
one-fourth of broccoli; roll and secure with wooden
toothpicks.

Place in small shallow baking dish.
Repeat. Top with sauce.

Bake in 350°F. oven for
about 30 minutes. Remove toothpicks; serve with
Dill Mustard Sauce.
Note:
Prepare white sauce according to package directions.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
