Main Dish Recipes - Teriyaki Fillets

Ingredients      

  • 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce

  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice

  • 1 Tbs. water

  • 1 lb. fish fillets

Makes 4 servings


Method:

  1. Combine teriyaki sauce with lemon juice and water. Place fish in single layer in shallow baking pan; pour teriyaki mixture over fish and marinate 5 minutes on each side.

  2. Bake fish in sauce in preheated 350°F oven 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  3. Remove fish onto serving platter 1 sprinkle with green onions and spoon sauce over all. Serve immediately.
