Main Dish Recipes - Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb veal cutlets

  • 1 or eggs, beaten

  • Progresso Redi-Flavored Bread Crumb

  • 1/4 cup Progresso Pure Olive oil

  • 8-ounce can Progresso Tomato sauce

  • Progresso Grated slices of Mozzarella cheese


Method:

  1. Dip cutlets in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs, and fry in olive oil until golden-brown on both sides.

  2. Place cutlets in a baking pan, pour tomato sauce over each, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and top each cut let with slices of Mozzarella.

  3. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 15 to 20  minutes, until Mozzarella has melted.
