Yellow Bean Sauce Recipe

375 g/12 oz
egg noodles

3 tablespoons
yellow bean paste
-
2 teaspoons
chili sauce
-
1 garlic
clove, crushed
-
3 tablespoons
oil
-
2 green
peppers, cored, deseeded and thinly sliced
-
1 onion,
thinly sliced
-
150 g/5 oz
bean sprouts
-
salt
Method:
-
Cook the
noodles in salted boiling water for 5 minutes,
then drain.

Mix together
the yellow bean paste, chili sauce and garlic.
-
Heat the oil
in a wok or large frying pan on a high heat, add
the peppers, onion and bean sprouts, and
stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the
noodles and stir in the sauce mixture. Heat
through, transfer to a warmed serving dish, and
serve.
