Method:

Cook the pasta until al dente.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over a moderate heat,
stirring constantly, until golden.

Melt the butter with the oil in a small saucepan.
Drain the pasta thoroughly, pour over the butter,
season with salt and pepper, and toss well.

Turn
into a warmed serving dish, sprinkle with the pine
nuts, Parmesan and basil leaves, and serve
immediately.
