Pasta, Noodles and Rice Recipes - Pasta with Pesto Recipe

Ingredients

Serve 4

  • 1 quantity Pesto

  • 500 g/1 lb tagliatelle

  • salt and pepper

  • 50 g/2 oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, to serve


Method:

  1. First make the pesto. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain well and return to the pan.

  2. Sprinkle with pepper, pour over the pesto sauce, and toss lightly.

  3. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and serve hot.
