Pasta with Smoked
Salmon Recipe
Ingredients

300 g/10 oz penne or other pasta shapes
-
300 ml/1/2 pint
crème fraiche
-
125 ml/4 fl oz vodka
-
2 spring onions, finely chopped (optional)
-
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
-
250 g/8 oz smoked salmon, cut into strips
-
salt and pepper
-
dill sprigs, to garnish
Method:

Cook the pasta until al dente. When the pasta
is almost ready, pour the crème fraiche and
vodka into a separate saucepan and heat
gently until it is almost boiling.

Add the
spring onions, if using, and dill, season
with salt and pepper, and cook until heated
through.

Remove the pan from the heat and
stir in the smoked salmon.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce.

Garnish with dill sprigs and serve
immediately.
