Onion and Gorgonzola
Pizzettes Recipe
Ingredients
Serves 4
Method:

Preheat the oven to 220C. Divide the dough into
eight pieces and roll out each one on a lightly
floured surface to a small oval about 5mm/1/4 in
thick.

Place well apart on two greased baking sheets
and prick with a fork. Brush the bases well with
15ml/1 tbsp of the garlic oil.

Halve, then slice the onions into thin wedges.
Scatter over the pizza bases. Remove the rind from
the Gorgonzola. Cut the cheese into small cubes,
then scatter it over the onions.

Cut the garlic lengthways into thin strips and
sprinkle over, along with the sage. Drizzle the
remaining oil on top and grind over plenty of
pepper.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until crisp and
golden. Serve immediately.
