bulgar wheat

tablespoons French Dressing

tablespoons diced cucumber

tablespoon sliced spring onions

tomatoes, sliced

tablespoons cooked peas

tablespoons sweet corn kernels

tablespoon chopped chives

tablespoon chopped mint
Method:

Place the
wheat in a bowl. Cover it completely with boiling
water and leave for 25 minutes. Drain well and place
on kitchen paper to dry.

Put the wheat into a bowl
with the dressing. Add the other ingredients, mix
together thoroughly.

Garnish with black olives,
lemon wedges, and coriander sprigs, and serve.
