- Chicken Salad Supreme
Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbs. Mustard

2 cups cooked
chicken, cubed

2 Tbs. each, chopped
pimiento and pickle relish

3/4 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds

2 hard-cooked eggs,
diced

1 Tbs. minced onion
Makes about 2
1/2 cups; 4 servings
Method:

Combine mayonnaise and mustard.

Toss dressing
lightly with remaining ingredients. Chill.

If desired,
serve on a
bed of greens.
