Continental Lemon Sauce
Ingredients

1 cup Real Mayonnaise
-
2 eggs
-
3 Tbs. lemon juice
-
1/2 tsp. salt
-
1/2
tsp. dry mustard
Makes 1 2/3 cups
Method:

In small saucepan with wire whisk beat all
ingredients until smooth.
-
Stirring constantly, cook
over medium-low heat until thick (do not boil).
-
Serve over vegetables, seafood or poached eggs.
Sprinkle with paprika.
