Ingredients   

• 1 cup Real Mayonnaise

• 2 eggs

• 3 Tbs. lemon juice

• 1/2 tsp. salt

• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Makes 1 2/3 cups

Method:

1. In small saucepan with wire whisk beat all ingredients until smooth.

2. Stirring constantly, cook over medium-low heat until thick (do not boil).

3. Serve over vegetables, sea­food or poached eggs. Sprinkle with paprika.
