Sauces, Salads Recipes - Corn and Cucumbers

Ingredients

• 2 medium cucumbers

• 1/2 medium onion

• 1 17 -oz. can Whole Kernel Family Style Corn

• 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar

• 2 Tbs. sugar

• 2 Tbs. water

• 1 tsp. dill weed

• 1/4 tsp. pepper

• Dash cayenne pepper

• Parsley sprigs

Method:

1. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers and onion.

2. Drain corn, reserving liquid for other recipe uses.

3. Combine all other ingredients except parsley.

4. Pour over cucumbers, onion and com in salad bowl. Chill.

5. Toss and garnish with parsley sprigs.
