- Crescent City Salad
Ingredients

2/3 cup salad oil

1/3 cup
Wine Vinegar

2 Tbs. chopped
parsley

1 clove garlic,
minced

1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

1/2 tsp, salt

1/2 lb. fresh
mushrooms, sliced

6 cups torn salad
greens, chilled

1/2 lb cooked
shrimp
-
1 cup tomato
chunks
-
1/2 cup chopped
onion
Makes 8 servings (about 8 Cups)
Method:

Combine first 6 ingredients in jar. Cover; shake vigorously.

Add mushrooms; chill to blend flavors.

Shake again
before tossing with salad greens, shrimp, tomatoes and
onion.
