New Delhi Chicken Salad
Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream
-
2 Tbs. finely chopped chutney

2 tsps. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. curry powder
-
1/4 tsp. salt

2 5-oz. cans
Chunk Chicken
-
1 small apple, diced (about
1/2 cup)

1/2 cup chopped celery
-
2 Tbs. toasted
slivered almonds

4 slices pineapple
Makes about 2
1/2 cups; 4 servings
Method:

In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, lemon
juice, curry and salt.

Toss lightly with Chicken, apple,
celery and almonds. Chill. Serve on pineapple slices.

Garnish with additional almonds if desired.
