Side Dishes, Vegetables Recipes - Campbell's Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients             

  • 1 10 3/4-ounce can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup

  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk                       

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley                

  • Dash pepper

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 Tbs. butter or margarine

  • Dash paprika

Makes about 3 1/2 cups


Method:

  1. Combine soup, milk, parsley and pepper. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce.

  2. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375°F for 1 hour.

  3. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
