Ingredients

4 Tbs. butter or
margarine
-
4 Tbs. brown sugar
-
1/4 tsp. Tabasco@
pepper sauce
-
1/8 tsp. salt
-
1 tsp. lemon juice
-
6-8 carrots, sliced
and cooked
Makes 4 servings
Method:

Place
butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stir until
combined.

Add Tabasco and salt; mix well; add lemon juice.

Remove
from heat. Add hot, drained carrots and toss gently until coated
evenly.
