Side Dishes, Vegetables Recipes - Cheese and Cream Potatoes

Ingredients            

  • 1 package Sour Cream 'n' Chive Potatoes

  • 2 cups milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

Makes 8 servings


Method:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cover potatoes with boiling water in small bowl. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes; drain thoroughly.

  2. Beat milk and eggs with hand beater. Mix all ingredients in casserole.

  3. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, 45-50 minutes.
