Makes 8 servings
Method:

Heat
oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Cover potatoes with
boiling water in small bowl. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes; drain
thoroughly.

Beat milk and eggs with hand beater. Mix all ingredients
in casserole.

Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and top is
golden brown, 45-50 minutes.
