Corn and Pepper Fritters
Ingredients

1 egg
-
1/2 cup milk
-
1 can (12 ounces)
golden
-
whole kernel com with
-
sweet peppers,
un-drained
-
1 Tbs. Planters
Peanut Oil
-
1 1/2 cups un-sifted
flour
-
1 Tbs. baking powder
-
1 tsp. salt
-
Dash pepper Planters
Peanut Oil
Makes about 24 fritters
Method:

Beat egg in
large bowl. Stir in milk, com and 1 Tbs. Peanut Oil. Add
and beat in flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Drop by
tablespoonfuls into deep or shallow hot (375°F.) Peanut
Oil. Fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Drain on
paper towels.

Serve hot. If desired, serve with syrup.
