Ingredients
Makes about 4 servings
Method:

Cut
cleaned onions into 1/4 -inch slices. Separate into rings.

Soak onion rings in milk and then dip in flour seasoned with 1/2 tsp.
salt.

Fry a few at a time in deep Oil heated to 375°F.

Cook
until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt.
