Side Dishes, Vegetables Recipes - Orange-Glazed Beets

Ingredients                

• 1 can (1 lb.) Stokely's Finest Cut Beets                     

• 1 Tbs. butter or margarine

• 2 tsps. flour

• 2 Tbs. brown sugar

• 1/2 cup orange juice

Makes 4 to 5 servings

Method:

1. Heat beets in their own liquid. In small saucepan, melt butter.

2. Remove from heat; add flour, brown sugar and orange juice.

3. Return to heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Drain beets; add sauce to beets.
