Side Dishes, Vegetables Recipes - Peas la Crème

Ingredients                

  • 1/3 cup commercial sour cream

  • 1/2 tsp. instant chicken flavored bouillon

  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

  • Dash pepper

  • 1 16-oz. can Peas Fresh dill (optional)

Makes 4 servings


Method:

  1. Mix sour cream and bouillon in saucepan. Let stand 10 minutes to dissolve bouillon.

  2. Add lemon juice and pepper. Place over low heat to blend flavors; do not boil.

  3. Heat peas in their own liquid; drain. Place in serving dish; top with sauce, and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
