2 tablespoons oil

6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

300 g/10 oz watercress

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 tablespoons Vegetable Stock
Method:

Heat the
oil in a wok or frying pan, add the garlic and
stir-fry until golden.

Add the watercress and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then
add the oyster sauce and stock.
-
Continue to stir-fry
vigorously for 1 minute, then serve immediately.
