Vegetable Recipes - Watercress in Garlic and Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

Serve 1

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 300 g/10 oz watercress

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Stock


Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the garlic and stir-fry until golden.

  2. Add the watercress and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the oyster sauce and stock.

  3. Continue to stir-fry vigorously for 1 minute, then serve immediately.
